Celebrate the Royal Wedding in regal style

Discerning holidaymakers can mark the wedding of Prince William and Katherine Middleton in regal glamour this April, with the six-night package at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, which includes guided tours of several key royal landmarks.

Guests are invited to arrive on April 26 for drinks and dinner, before retiring to their deluxe room. The following day features a tour of Chartwell, Sir Winston Churchill’s family home in Kent as well as a tour of Spencer House and drinks overlooking Green Park.

The third day features a tour of the British Museum and dinner at the home of a member of the royal family, while the fourth day includes a trip to the Institute of Contemporary Art and access to its roof terrace overlooking the Mall on the day of the Royal Wedding.

The following day, you will be treated to a guided tour of Westminster Abbey by the Dean before dinner at Heston Blumenthal’s new restaurant.

Your six-day visit is capped off on May 1 with a trip to Northampton and a tour of Princess Diana’s ancestral home of Althorp House. Prices for this exclusive package at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park start at £9,400 per person, based on two sharing.
