Festive fine dining in Hong Kong

Holidaymakers celebrating Christmas or New Year in Hong Kong can look forward to the first festive season at ‘Gold by Harlan Goldstein’.

The LKF Tower fine dining restaurant has announced its Christmas and New Year’s Eve menus, which includes some of the world’s most prized delicacies.

Both Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day dinner will be kicked off with a ‘Tasting of French Salmon’, considered the best smoked salmon on the planet.

Continuing the high-end gastronomic experience, the menu introduces ‘wild duck ravioli’, ‘slow-roasted Christmas Bird’ or ‘charcoal-grilled prime beef rib eye’ and ‘festive warm chocolate’ for dessert. Hungry yet? The Christmas menu is priced at HK$780 (£63).

Visitors can also choose to welcome in the New Year in style with a festive fine dining experiences. For HK$1,180 (£95), guests will be treated to a menu full of fireworks, including ‘Japanese bluefin tuna’, ‘slow-poached French sea bass’ and Harlan Goldstein’s ‘Innovative Dessert’.

These holidays will mark the celebrity chef’s first at the forefront of Hong Kong’s fine dining scene. For people looking to party, Harlan Goldstein will be celebrating his first festive season at the LKF Tower by throwing a New Year’s party.
