New Champagne cycle map launched

Tuesday, 24 July 2012 8:50 AM

A new cycling map has been launched for those who wish to discover the French areas of Champagne-Ardenne.

The new comprehensive map shows all the cycle routes and greenways in the whole of the region, from Givet in the northern Ardennes to Langres in the south of the region.

The pocket guide map is in both English and German and gives detailed itineraries of visiting the vineyards and suggests wine and champagne tasting routes, as well as bike-friendly accommodation.

Along the valley of the River Meuse, through the Ardennes and around the lakes of the Der and the Orient Forest, passing through the Marne valley, a network of 280 miles of cycle tracks across Champagne-Ardenne offers endless possibilities for exploring the region by bike.
